I love this breakfast!
It starts with fresh strawberries and blueberries in whole milk.
Just a half cup of organic whole milk has less than 100 calories and the taste is divine.
Then gently simmer 1/2 cup steel cut oats in 1 1/4 cup water. On low, it is a slow simmer and the foam bubbles up slowly, stir often.
Add those warm creamy oats to the fruit and milk and enjoy with mindfulness. See the winking face in the bowl?
