Putting More Energy Out and Less In

    My last six weeks have been filled with finding ways to burn more calories, or putting more energy out and less in. My nature is rather sedentary and I have to plan for the hours that I work my body. Here are some ways I spend my energy:
   -Pilates with Arlette on Mondays

   - Yoga with Jen and friends on Wednesday

   - Meetings with my mini- tramp every day

   - Walking down the road to get an extra 100 calories to burn

   - Hiking around the zoo with the Grands-bi-monthly

  You know, it is much easier putting energy in that working it off.
