I was in Germany when my little Emmaline turned one. One year has past in this little life, which astounds me.
Do you see the curiosity in those eyes? The world has opened up it's richest gifts for her to explore.
She is the Littlest, littlest, littlest monkey in her family.
Last year at this time I was cooing at her as life unfolded some rude awakenings.
She learned to start her day off vocalizing, it is good for the nervous system.
Some days she gets a gig with the Teacher Dad.
Then there's the nap with Bigglesworth the Cat. He has made a place for her in his kingdom.
Other days she has work as a bee, buzzing around the hive.
At least when she does the dress-up days she is with the bestest witch in the west.
Just lately she attended her first ballet.
